The Iraq War is not the Vietnam War.

In vietnam there was at least feigned support from half of the country. Iraqi support for the occupation is down to Ahmed Chalabi and his militia.

In Washington, a spokesman for Central Command, Cmdr. Dan Gage, said the man on the tape identified himself as Pfc. Maupin. One of the two missing soldiers is Pfc. Keith M. Maupin, 20, of Batavia, Ohio.

Gage said U.S. authorities are attempting to verify that the man is Maupin.

I don't want to know what they're going to do to this guy.
