Rumsfeld's DOD is investigating HAL and making it reimburse gouged monies. But I heard a long radio show about it, plus watched the two ex HAL employees testifying before congress. All said the over-billing, double-billing, and triple-billing is legion with HAL. Yet Cheney gives them the biggest contract of the war without bidding. Corruption at its purest my friends. HAL is ripping off Americans for at least a billion bucks, plus where are those Iraqi oil revenues going?
