Google may be "coerced" into going public by the end of this month Fascinating part of this article says that if they don't go public that they will have to file with the SEC and that employees may be able to sell their shares into the market anway. "in fact, filing this paperwork can come with disadvantages. In some circumstances, employees or investor shareholders can start selling their shares on the over-the-counter bulletin board.
