The UN wouldn't behave any better for anyone else. Bush and Powell bent over backwards to get them on board.

Frankly, the UN record on handling things is pretty shabby.

Considering that Bush has about a 49% approval rating (not great for an incumbent, I'll admit), there is not much chance of an "uprisal" in this Country.
