And my point is that you could do so with a smaller group of people, not necessarily by giving them money as in the case of justices etc. But you cannot convince a large group of people through the power of money. Especially in a country like the US. In third world democracies, it is a different story. In the US is what I am talking about. And again Chicago. New Orleans are smaller communities compared to the US as a whole.
