Good thoughts.

I just use UTEK, CACS, LRCX and GEOG rather than the more widely followed ORCL and INTEL where you pay a premium to own them.

Also, thinly traded stocks have a much larger whip-saw to play so you can get more bang for buck risked.

LRCX is like an option on Intel that doesn't expire... this thought is what led me to my method of investing.. I hate the idea of buying something that is working its way to being worthless... but selling covered calls for stocks you want to take profits in or selling puts for stocks you want to buy... does seem a good idea. I hope you write more about your put strategy as most just know about CCs.
