It is not a matter of legality, it is a matter of right and wrong.

Legally, the Bush administration has no obligation to reveal internal memo's protected by exectutive priviledge. Legally, the Bush administration has no obligation to have C. Rice testify. Legally, Bush has no obligation to appear before the 9/11 commission. Yet many if not most believe it was the right thing to do.

The people have a right to know what organizations their potential first lady supports. If it were the other way around you would be asking

What is she hiding? and Why?
