Communication and the power of information became a reality in early 90's with the Internet. The Interent has proved to be a very powerful tool with access to political commentaries etc. etc. which was not even available via TV. So conditiions now are very different from those in the 60's.

tonto, I sure do hope that you form your opinions based on the modern situation and that you are not a holdover from the traditional years.
