Isn't is a travesty to think they are more concerned with the perpetrators rights than to think of the poor innocent, defenseless children they murdered.

I just heard on the radio that the county has changed it's mind and WILL seek the death penalty. By demanding so much money they forced the county into a capital murder charge because in a capital murder case the state pays part of the cost.
