Again you have no proof and no credibility. Insiders have always had high ownership in REFR and their interests have been well aligned with the shareholders. The only ones that I have seen complaining about the REFR financing and stock buybacks, are shorts that are working to destroy REFR for their personal gain.

If you have a significant problem with the Ailourous financing or the REFR stock buyback program, have a corporate finance expert review it and submit your evidence to the authorities. I have seen corporate financing done on much more onerous terms many times, even when management has not faced the obvious challenges (many artificially manufactured by Asensio for his personal benefit) that REFR has.
