Hello ild, that Feudal Caste System was not my figuring, though I agree with it (while pointing out that the Guild class have reasons to be concerned as well, since officialdom takings/confiscations happen, and happen to all when it does on a large enough scale); a cyber visitor from Canada came up with it. In my figuring, and I would imagine in his too, the primary residence is a consumption, an obligation Message 16969841 <<Jan 28, 2002>>, and is neither a financial asset to be managed nor savings to be lighted tapped. When not treated right, the primary residence can apparently become a burden, the dead weight that pulls one into the abyss. Chugs, Jay
