Have you ever been in a union? Just because you're in a union does not make a person fire proof. You're blowing smoke. Because union workers don't want slackers around. I have worked in several union jobs, and there was no job guarantee for folks that were not doing their job. There is one exception, and that is government jobs. It's very hard to fire union workers in the government, so if that's what you're talking about, agreed. In my experience, the union jobs that I have worked on had the highest skilled workers and the most hard working dedicated folks you'd ever want to work with. Orca
