You are welcome for me showing you some data that would help you with your argument with Buddy.

But Buddy is talking about a small fraction of the top 1%. The CBO figures don't tell you anything about the top 400 or 500 one way of the other.

And they don't tell you anything about the effects of Bush's tax cuts because their last year is 2001, and that's a Clinton year.
