Bush is going back to the UN now for one reason only, because more than anything he cares about re-election and Rove tells him he has to do this. Bush takes orders from two people, Rove and Cheney.

There is no sincerity behind it and the UN will know that going in, so his attempt will fail. Bush is a failed president, mainly due to his own lack of being on the ball and the radical dishonest Dick Cheney and Karl Rove who really run things for him.

Everyone knows this. Dick Cheney has become more dangerous to the world than even Osama Bin Lauden. That is the view of most people in the world. In fact, Cheney creates more Osama Bin Laudens whenever he makes a big move. Cheney ought to be stripped of power and forced to refund all the money he's made to tax-payers. He is a huge menace and a disgrace.
