Yes, Bush is adopting the Kerry Plan but will fail because he's not Kerry. We need Kerry, not a dishonest election-year convert to common sense honesty.

I don't think that is a logical conclusion.

First, Bush is just starting to adopt the "Kerry Plan" for Iraq. The implementation of the plan requires skill in negotiation to bring in international help.

Second, this is just the best plan for a bad situation.

Third, I supported Reagan ... and criticized Reagan. Same with GHW Bush. I didn't support Clinton, yet I felt free to criticize his policies. But I am not just a critic, I commented positively on all three of those Presidents when I felt they did the right thing.
