Adopting the "Kerry Plan" is a good thing. I can't think of anyone better in the Bush Administration than Colin Powell to negotiate for international help.

I'm not sure who will be Kerry's SecState. I believe that choice is far more important than VP. I have a couple of favorites (that I think are stronger than Powell), but I will leave that up to Kerry.

Powell has really screwed up by allowing Cheney and Rumsfeld to have stronger voices in this administration than him. Usually the SecState is a powerful force in an administration; IMHO Powell has been far too passive.
