Its hard to imagine that the CIA would have such a naive view of events in New Mexico. If something is publicized at a university in New Mexico, you would have to assume that at least some foreign intelligence agency knows about it.

That's just crazy. What is the CIA doing giving speeches on college campuses? Sounds off-task to me. And after what we've heard about Tenant lately, sounds like he should be included in the general housecleaning now way overdue in Washington...
