REFR has no credibility.

20 years ago Saxe announced FPDs would replace LCD's. Today we hear nothing about them from REFR.

In 1990 Saxe said to expect products (eyewear) in one year. Noen even exist today.

In 1993 Saxe said expect sales and profits in 1994. 11 Years after the fact there are no verified sales or profits.

In a 1995 press release REFR said to expect products in the "near future".

In 1997 the crooks at Hankuk said they would build a plant in 1998 and Saxe said to expect products and commercializaion in 1998. None of these happened.

In 2001 Saxe at the Annual meeting said he expected a profitable Q4 2002 and a full year of profitability in 2003.

Instead, REFR in 2003 had less revenues than in 2000 before SPD was mass produced.

In other words, near anything that Saxe or Harary predict can be counted upon to be either an outright lie or a material misrepresentation, unless you want to say instead that they are 2 of the dumbest morons on the face of the earth and don't understand business.

Either way, REFR has FRAUD written all over it from top-to-bottom.
