Yes, your federal government does a good job managing medicare. No it does not catch all fraud and it the never will. They should try to stop as much fraud as possible. Now ask yourself this. Does the current general health care system do a good job of providing health care to the population? Is the current system good at containing costs? Do we end up paying more in emergency care because we don't provide enough preventative care to those who can't afford coverage.
