Bob, we jeepers are very friendly with a product called P.B. BLASTER. It is the only thing I have ever found that REALLY works well on frozen bolts. I never have any problems with my personal jeep cause I keep the underside clean and monthly spray down every bolt I can find with a metal protector. I do this cause many of my friends jeeps have so many frozen bolts that often a 1/2 hour job turns into a multi day job just because we snap off so many bolts. I use a "Breaker Bar" on tough ones, usually wheel nuts (not lug nuts) and it is perfectly capable of snapping even the strongest bolts. jdn
