T, the all states deal is one of my bugaboos. As you know, I have loved intl. bonds for years. But, Texas only allows its citizens to buy Canadian and Mexican bonds. I like Canada and Mexico is all right in the emerging area, but this rule is so stupid. You can buy some CCC rated junk, but no Norwegian or Australian govt. bonds.
