Dave,

'Phillips' is obviously one of those girlie-men who grew up alone in the house with Mommie (..and 'Barney'..) in New Jack City, never went to camp, has probably never been outdoors overnight, and thinks of .22 single-shot target rifles and BB-guns as incidious assault weapon.

Behave yourself, or he'll ask Hairy Freakin' Kerry to take away your marbles and "..rocks.." for fear you'll purchase a sling-shot...!!!
