Do you think the Palestinians are on Israel's side? Israel will at least work towards peace. In the last ten years, Israel has done little to promote the peace. In fact, she has done things to make conditions worse. More than can be said about the Palestinians. I think they are about even on that score. "The rest was to be the basis for a Palestinian state." Zionists decided to emigrate to Palestine in the early part of the 20th century, and make it theirs when the Palestinians had been farming and ranching the land for centuries. Because Kerry says its okay doesn't mean that it is. " The Muslims are not going away......they number over 1 billion people and they occupy over 1/3 of the earth's land mass" I don't think all 1 billion of them are terrorists or support the terrorists. So in an all out war of ideoligies (civilization vs. terrorism), not all 1 billion (not even a majority imo) will side with the terrorists who openly state they want to end our way of life. No. I think they sheepishly got our of the way so Egypt and Syria and the others could ELIMINATE Israel and give the Palestinians the land. A nad move on their behalf, and their conditions have worsened ever since. Whether they got out of the way "sheepishly" or not, that does not change the fact that the Palestinians did not attack first. Doesn't say much for the intelligence (or compassion) of those that insist on killing innocents. Stupid, inhumane, barbaric and LOSING strategy. Funny, but American colonists did the same damn thing. Do you think it was a stupid strategy? They wanted their freedom just as the Palestinians want theirs. And no, the colonists did not suicide bomb but they took some barbaric measures against the Brits. The radical leaders don't give a whit about young Palestinian men and women dying so they can make political points with those like you, and many of the appeasing Euro nations. Otherwise they would not lie to and bribe the youngsters into suicidal missions that kill more of their own than of the other sides. Who can support killing innocent civilians as legitimate? Nobody. As soon as those like you realize that and take the public support from those tactics, the sooner peace can be had. Nonsense! You don't have to agree with the Palestinians' tactics to realize they have a justifiable grievance. How long have guys like you spouted that BS to no avail? The Israelis claim they are waiting for the Palestinians to come around and stop the violence. It ain't going to happen. You guys are the same ones who said the Iraqis would greet us with open arms as liberators. I'm afraid you don't know what you're talking about. You just spout the party line as you were taught. "Just as the American colonists fought the Brits so do the Palestinians fight the Israelis......." Don't be a dolt. These guys gave up their land to allow Israel to be attacked. Americans left Europe because they didn't like how they were treated, and when England came to take this land, they were beat. Won't happen with Israel. To be just the same, it would have been like Americans going back to England and trying to take England for their own. You can see the difference, can't you? You're the dolt..........the Palestinians are fighting for Israel; they are fighting for their own state. Only extremists like Hamas want to destroy Israel. Most Palestinians just want to have their own state. But its easier for your make that old lament.........the Arabs want to kick the Jews out of the ME. And when we forget, the Israelis make sure to remind us, and if that still doesn't work, they bring up the holocaust. You are the dolt for falling for it every time.......and if you are an Israeli, shame on you! "Israel is a developed country....first world and a regional superpower.......why should we continue to subsidize them? " I would use the word support instead of subsidize. How come we don't "support" Britain or Germany or other first world countries. I like subsidize better.......its closer to the truth......something we're losing sight of under the Bush administration. And I will repeat the difference between me and you again. Supporting your friends and allies is a noble thing. If we abandoned Israel as you suggest the mid-east would be a real mess. Israel would be in an all out war, and MILLIONS would die. Right and the Pope is Jewish..........save your tall tales for the kids.
