HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004--Global Links Corp. (OTC BB: GBLL - News; "Global") announced today that it would launch a new subscription service program. The new data site will be available to Internet subscribers and will list daily county recordings of foreclosure notices of default, notices of sale and current REO properties. While this is not complete nationwide service, it will be the most complete foreclosure information bank available today. The scope of counties will be constantly upgraded as the information net develops. Three levels of membership will be available ranging in price from $49.95 to $99.95 per month. The mid level and top level will include auto-tracking of up to five and 10 foreclosure properties, respectively.
"We have decided to launch this new service in conjunction with our new foreclosure software, which is in beta testing. We will be working with First American Title Co. as our information provider. This is a first in the foreclosure industry. We will be able to supply our subscriber base with thousands of daily leads and contact sources, as the information is available. This is virtually the pulse of the foreclosure industry," stated Frank Dobrucki, CEO of Global. Additional reporting features such a AVI reports, subject property reports with comp information, transaction history and document imaging will also be available on a per item fee basis.

Subscribers will not need to purchase the software as it will be available as part of the monthly service fee. The software has been designed as a computerized tracking system but does not have auto-information updating. The software release date is being postponed until June of 2004. This will allow time to complete future interface plug-ins for the Web site and document service. Public Beta access to the subscription Web site (r-e-info.net) will also be available in June 2004 with full online access beginning on Aug. 1 of this year.

"In addition to the software and Web site projects, we are currently negotiating new products in the title and banking industries that will be of benefit to the real estate investment community. We are looking forward to positioning Global Links Corp. as one of the foremost real estate information companies. This will give us a strong cash flow position and complement our real estate and additional projects," stated Dobrucki. The company will be making an announcement within the next two weeks to update all outstanding projects.
