The Kosovo war strategy worked. So why didn't Cheney-Bush strive to work with NATo and the UN to do something similar in Iraq? The issue is that they misled us about what they were doing and why they were doing it. Obviously, they also did it the wrong way, the most costly way leading us straight into a quagmire. The only solution now is a new president. No matter what Cheney-Bush do now they will fail because they are boys who cried wolf and cannot be trusted by anyone.
