Perhaps you should acknowledge that the tax rules are the same for them as they are for everyone else.

And perhaps you should acknowledge that it is unfair to have 99.9% of the population decide that this .01% should be treated differently than the rest of us Americans. To treat them differently, after all would be UN-AMERICAN.
