no, a real estate developer told me that he secured financing at 4% with only 10% down for $400,000 to 1.2 million condo's and penthouses in a 26 floor tower in Philadelphia PA.

Those are also mortgages on apartments that WIL BE BUILD not existing ones so it seems strange to me, the larges of the lender, and wanted to verify.

Wonder if I miss something
