I stand corrected. I guess I misunderstood the WSJ article. Their analysis pointed out that the 2001 and 2003 individual tax cuts accounted for $287 Billion per year, half from the wealthiest 2% of taxpayers. That is were I got my numbers and I'm not sure why they don't match Kerry's plan.

At least it is a start.

Exactly, his admitted plan adds 25 billion per year in tax revenue. It is a stump speech and nothing more. Kerry to be anywhere near being honest must raise man taxes that he will give new names to...tax hikes are coming hard. Make no mistake about it. That is the Kerry plan, he just will not tell us until after the election. This is a plan based on flat out deceit. Do not be fooled, just simply look at the numbers and ask how he is going to do it? And why is he increasing program spending at this time...if he is so fiscally conservative. Kerry is just another liberal tax and spender.
