Hmmm It should have really been called "The bigoted post" thread- because I focus on the posts, and not the poster. But in light of what has been brought here, I think you should be much more disturbed about what the bigoted posts say, rather than the almost benign label of "bigot". But then every poster linked here would have been linked to a bigoted post, if it was called "The Bigoted Post Thread". I guess if one doesn't want to be linked to a bigoted post, one shouldn't write one, if one isn't proud to champion a bigoted position. Some people are, apparently, happy to champion bigotry- for them it is probably a compliment and not an insult to have a post cited as bigoted. It takes all kinds, and you can't please everyone. I understand your POV now, but I can't say I agree with your statement of purpose for this thread.
