These people (Rumsfeld and Cheney) are complete dopes. By denying American citizens their due process under law the are sh#&@ng on what they so loudly claim to seek to protect. The legal system and fairness is one of the things that make the USA such a great country. Isn't throwing someone in jail without a trial a "Saddam type" move? WTF is going on with these Bushies? How can Bush be at 50% in the polls?
