Yuppppp....sounds to me like this guy is really sincere in his "I SNAPPED" story. The fact that he was caught on tape had no bearing in his decision. You really have to love these SOB politicians. No matter how much evidence there is of their hands in the cookie jar, they can still look into the lens of a camera and with a straight face claim their innocence. One day scientists will discover a Politician Gene that will explain why they are all the same.
