Too funny, now his "meetings" are bumping into a "foreign leader" at a restaurant? Kerry must think everyone is stupid. Sounds like a lie to me...read what he said,,,again

I mean, you can go to New York City and you can be in a restaurant and you can meet a foreign leader.
