Not unless you make laws about it- self censoring has nothing to do with free speech where there is no external coercion. People throw the free speech things around a lot- but unless there is force, to get you to shut up, I don't think it really applies- if you are free to speak- but stop and think about what effect your speech may have, I really don't think that is a free speech issue. That is an issue of being responsible about your own speech (imo).
