I disagree. If you really mean that universally its easy to refute by making a logical analogy. If you say we could/should end world hunger by telling everyone who doesn't have food to eat rocks; the fact that I don't have an alternative plan to end world hunger doesn't mean that I should refrain from criticizing your plan.
