C'mon Jake, you SAID IT. How does persisting in doomed-to-failure and unprofitable causes show "support for the brave men and women who risk their lives & support our country."

Did we dishonor and fail to support our soldiers in Vietnam when we left there? If we'd left after 10,000 dead would that have dishonored them? 20,000? 30,000? 50,000? 200.000? A million? Every friggin American child under 30? How much should we have honored those soldiers?

That's the kind of trash "honor and support" fed to the ignorant by those who want to stifle debate on issues they can't win in a debate.

One thing for damn sure, Jake, you've never been one of the "honored" or you wouldn't be so quick to spout such dim-witted and rah-rah nonsense.

They way to honor and support our soldiers is to NEVER SEND them to war or KEEP them at war unless the cause is critically important, the goal is doable and there is NO OTHER WAY. That's how you honor soldiers, Jake.

The Iraqi war DISHONORS our soldiers.
