The problem is Bush is hesitating, people are giving him self doubt, these assholes are about to seize defeat from the jaws of victory and I dont like it.

I think the leftists are doing a really good job pouring on the pressure via propaganda. They are exploiting the media quite nicely. Their 911 commission is constantly on the attack. They even have leftists on the commission itself, those who actually caused many of the problems on which they are now blaming Bush. Moreover, I just read somewhere that just as Viacom/Simon&Schuster/CBS/60 minutes/DICK Clarke has assaulted the President, Viacom/Simon&Schuster/CBS/60 minutes/Woodward has now unleashed another battery against him. This is all masterfully slimy politicking. It has to be causing a lot of GOPers to lose heart, and these people are undoubtedly leaning on the President.

What Republicans have failed to appreciate here is that their political opponents are playing for keeps. I am not sure Bush is going to get another term. If he loses, it will not be because of Bush himself. It will be because he doesn't have sufficient troop strength in his own camp.
