Let me ask you some rhetorical questions about the way media in general reports things. If you have answers, let me know. Why is it that Fox News reported atleast on 3 different occasions that WMDs have been found ? Why is it that NONE of the US newspapers gave an initial thought to RWANDA genocides while they were happening and only started covering in detail a bit later. (To NYT and WP credit, they were one of the first to highlight and chastised Clinton for it, if I am not mistaken) Why is it that Media is engrossed in Survivor, Apprentice and other trivial titillations while there are important things going around in the world ? Why is it that if only 1 person is killed in Israel gets so much attention v/s multitudes killed elsewhere in the world does not register a blip ? I do not know what your prefered choice of Media is. If it is NRO, you can see the level of hatred that oozes in form of reporting. Fox News channel might not ooze that level but they will RAH RAH RAH administration. If anything any media should overall be ANTI ESTABLISHMENT to pin point shortcomings, regardless of who is in power.
