Washington Times is a joke!! Sure they reported about Rwanda on their own i.e without ripping off from AP or Reuters. Most of it after year 2000.

Where were they when the massacre was happening ?

The Washington Times is owned by the Moonies, a weird religious cult from Korea with ties to rightwing Korean Intelligence. In the 70's they came in and bought up as many intellectuals as they could to try and hide behind their credibility. Then they made a deal with the rightwing and established themselves as a "major" newspaper. They are about as credible as Newsmax, one step up from a pure rightwing propaganda machine. They also report news, but anything having to do with the rightwing agenda they distort to their liking. They often reported that Iraq had WMD's. They often lie.
