All religious wackos are dangerous and should not be in positions of power. if they start arming themselves, they are terrorists or potential threats. The Branch Davidians were just as much a potential threat as Sadr's Shiites in in Iraq or Timothy McVeigh. If they refuse to lay down their arms and surrender, we need to take them out. That said, the ATF was not trying to kill the Branch Davidians. A smoke grenade simply ignited a fire and burned them up. Sice they were using children as hostages just like cowardly terrorists do, those kids died too. The rightwing has no business defending those sick freaks. They were basically committing ritual suicide/murder like a lot of way-out cults do.
