First of all, you're changing the subject.

What are you babbling about? You asked us to address the quotes in that article. I did just that.

My own view, is that the Israeli's would genuinely like to come to a peace accord with the Palestinians. I'm not so sure the reverse is true.

Your own view is the exact opposite of reality. In reality, the Palestinians (and all of the neighboring Arab states) have agreed to make peace with Israel and abide by international law (UN 242). This offer was first presented about 30 years ago, and it continues to this day. Israel refuses to even discuss it.
