"Isn't Fallujah a breeding ground for torturers?"

I found this on the net:

FALLUJAH

This city of 300,000 is well known for providing quality torturers that are in demand throughout the world. However, things aren't what they used to be in the torturing business.

"All of my ancestors were torturers," relates Mohammad Farash, "but the torturing business isn't what it used to be. Face it, we produce a good 20,000 apprentice torturers a year, and demand just isn't that high since the collapse of the Soviet Union. And we don't know how to do anything else. My son tried being an accountant, but he had to give it up because there wasn't enough torture involved."

Unless there is a turnaround in the torturing business, Fallujah risks losing its Designated Breeding Ground For Torturers status, which will throw the city into turmoil.

Looks like pretty much everyone there is either a torturer or an apprentice torturer. It's the major league of the torture business.
