Looks like less than 1 Republican in 10 has a severe mental defect of some type. Better than 8 in 10 are normal. And less than 1 democrat in 5 might be normal.

Forty-seven percent (47%) of American voters believe George W. Bush is a better leader than John Kerry. Thirty-four percent (34%) take the opposite view and believe the Senator from Massachusetts is a better leader than the President

How even 34% can find Kerry any leader at all is beyond my comprehension. Back flippers can never be leaders by definition. jdn
