Actually, I meant what I said. I have had numerous conversations over the months with consumers in India about Reliance. At the early stages there was excitement because of the promise of affordable phone service. However, as the roll out gained momentum, Reliance could not handle the volume and consumers experienced an unacceptable level of busy signals and dropped calls. The problem was believed to be an insufficient number of towers during the initial stages. I assume that has been corrected, but the damage from the consumer's perception may have been laid.
