"Do not let any one claim to be a true American if they ever attempt to remove religion from politics."

Would you vote for a man who said THAT?

And as a bonus you also get a man who has "something pop in his head" now and then.
Oh, I think things popped in Kerry's head long ago.

So what your take:
George screwed up. With Iraq, not Afghanistan. Afghanistan had to be fought.

I STILL haven't figured out what the **** he was thinking about. His poppa said don't don't it his memoirs.

I suspect that what happened is a small group of little boys talked themselves into a conspiracy, an "us against the world" thing, and the more they whispered among themselves and eyed things suspiciously, the more evidence they found that they were right. (Of course, you have to admit, for an innocent man, Saddam should get an Academy Award for playing "Guilty".)

And that group of little boys overrode the sense they had acquired in all their years and started a war.

And then, if that is true, you have to ask "Can you really have such as they in charge of the nuclear football?"

And about Kerry: You want a guy who has committed himself to prosecuting what appears to be a new Vietnam to actually be able to do it? And do you want a leftover '60s peacenik as CIC?

I'm going to walk into the voting booth and flip a coin. I've never seen choices this bad before. I was hoping you guys would come up with someone I could vote for with a reasonably clear conscience.

But that ain't Kerry.
