I understand that there are places like that all over the US - South Central LA, the Bronx, Southeast DC across the Occoquan.

I always worked in South Central after 10AM and left by 5PM. The neighborhood looks great, and the shootings are almost all gang related.

Remember Iraq is as big as California, and these hot spots are a tiny part of the population.
