The entire energy business is mired in lies and unethical behavior if you ask me. All of these "energy crises" are just manipulated gouging marathons. Prince Bandar proved that by promising to lower oil prices right before the election. If he can do this once, he's done it before and will do it again. But usually they raise them, they don't lower them. Huge money grabs from consumers and tax-payers. Huge corruption. Never elect oilmen as national leaders ever again.
