Change the system. Re Uranium - that industry has a big slog ahead of it. They've been upping their marketing for months - they know that fossil fuels are increasingly going to be issues for the world whether its price, scarcity or geopolitical stability. Its rather laughable, just like "clean coal". Nuke power isn't without its own issues. You can thank Three Mile Island, not any Canadian Government, for lack of uranium sales. More uranium is used by the US nuclear weapons complex than new commercial reactors in western countries. Shall we build nuclear plants in banana republics just for the sake of profit?
