"That was before you accused Him of being a horse thief"

I simply quoted Luke. Luke said he was a horse thief.

"19:29
And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,

19:30
Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.

19:31
And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.
"

"That was when you were trying to infer that Jesus was a pedophile"

Are you referring to this? Certainly, when one looks at the gospels that were eliminated from the Canon by the Church Fathers one finds all sorts of things. It is hard to get serious, though, about mythology. Does it matter whether the composite myth Jesus was or wasn't homosexual? It certainly doesn't matter to me.

"Your arguments against Josephus and Tacitus were clearly along the lines of a conspiracy by Christians"

Then you did not follow the argument. Of course, it is a given that interpolations are as numerous in history as pollen grains riding the wind. But unless there is evidence that heads were put together to conspire, it serves no useful purpose to speculate. There is no serious argument against the fact that Josephus was altered. But it adds nothing to the fact to suggest a conspiracy.

You take things far too seriously. One could attack Jesus for knowing nothing about sanitation or germs and for thinking that demons caused disease and for getting pissed at a fig tree for not having fruit after He had walked hungry for many miles to get to it.

But why attack a myth? There are no demons, so Jesus did NOT send demons into pigs and send the pigs over the cliff. These are just stories, Greg. Demons are not the cause of illness. And people do not get tortured in "Hell" after they are dead. Don't be ridiculous.
