Larry,
Hi!!

Thanks for the link...

RE: "Samsung continues to capitalize on Genesis' superior video processing for a broad array of display solutions including these new, high-volume 15-, 17- and 20-inch LCD TVs," said Mr. Hyun Suk Kim, vice president of R&D for the LCD TV Group, Visual Display Division of Samsung Electronics. "Genesis video solutions have consistently delivered high levels of performance, integration and product reliability as demonstrated by their implementation in Samsung's most demanding LCD TV applications, our flagship 46- and 57-inch models."

"Already leveraging Genesis video technologies in several of their display products, Samsung is now utilizing our proprietary video processing and color management algorithms in their mainstream LCD TV platforms," said Anders Frisk, executive vice president of Genesis Microchip. "Featuring advanced color processing, the gm2221 controller enables these new LCD TVs to display images with better contrast and color."

Nice to see that GNSS keeps their clients and they keep coming back for more technology...

Best, Kemble

Larry, I have watched the design wins press releases rolling out, rolling out, but don't have time to study the company in great depth.

Posted on the GNSS yahoo bb (where most of the people just rant), a serious message concerning looming competition from the big players designing their own chips: finance.messages.yahoo.com

I would appreciate your comments on it.

FWIW, I just exited a month long position which I entered at the low 14s. Traded it once last year, once this year, two for two, gotta be happy.
