Kerry is a war hero with a great military record which has been vetted many times in the past by opponents.Wishful thinking on the rightwing's part that he has anything to hide. He said the press can come in and ready whatever they want. That's his position and it sounds fine. What's the beef? Even Rush Limbaugh can go in, take some drugs and read the files. Going to try and dissect his shrapnel wounds to see if they're deep enough so you can try to take away one of his three Purple Hearts? Hey pal, the guy is a war hero who saved Republican lives and you're never going to take that away. You also can't erase the fact Bush went AWOL and avoided the war so that someone else could fight and die in his place. Wanna debate Vietnam war records, bring it on.
